First look at $50 million+ riverfront development in Troy

Posted on March 21, 2013

A city government committee today pored over the details of a proposed $50 million-plus riverfront development project in downtown Troy, NY. It’s the first official look since plans were submitted last week.

Meanwhile, the administration said it was okay for the development team to release renderings of the plans to the news media.

The city committee will be seeking more information about the project from the developers, headed by Sam Judge of Judge Development Corp.

The committee wants more details about the timeline and various aspects of the proposal, said Jessica Sibley, a city spokeswoman.
